Accounts Executive

• Understand various systems and tools in Finance and accounting department.
• Overall accounting and closing activities
• Understanding on accounting standards
• Maintaining Vendor payment records -
• Maintaining Vendor's Payment of All Outlets and real time entry in Tally while making Payments
• Daily -Cashflow fund planing according to fund
• Bill Bookings-Sales, Purchase, Expenses etc
• Bank Reconcilation
• Sharing Data with CA for monthly return, Monthly Audit Query

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate should be a Graduate in Commerce
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow up and complete work.
• Excellent Excel skills
• Working knowledge in all MS Office products and Tally
