We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager/Manager - B2C Operations to lead and oversee our end-to-end B2C operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management:
- Oversee and manage the entire B2C operational workflow at 3PL warehouses, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance metrics and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and tools, including Unicommerce, to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Focus:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Work proactively to enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2C operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is a significant advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
