As Billing Operations Lead , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process , ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients from onboarding to renewals, ongoing ad hoc billing, and upgrades/upsells . You will play a critical role in optimising our revenue operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and driving customer satisfaction. This role sits at the intersection of finance, customer success, and operations , ensuring that billing processes support both business growth and client needs.
What You ll Be Responsible For:
Be the internal champion for our clients - own and optimise billing operations, ensuring smooth, transparent, and client-friendly processes.
Manage the full billing lifecycle - oversee billing for new clients, renewals, ongoing ad hoc charges, and upgrades/upsells , ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and improve billing satisfaction - proactively identify and resolve billing issues to maintain high customer trust and satisfaction.
Support revenue growth through billing operations - support upselling and cross-selling efforts by ensuring clients have a seamless experience when adding new services.
Handle day-to-day billing inquiries and requests - respond to client concerns related to invoices, payments, and subscription changes in a timely and professional manner.
Drive process improvements - enhance internal billing operations, reporting, and compliance to support scalable growth.
