Job Description
- We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Sprinklr.
- As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organisation , ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
- You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.
- Also, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team, helping foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
Objectives of this role
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with the Product Owners to prioritise and groom the product backlog.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and roles, ensuring alignment with the Scrum framework.
- Support teams in identifying and removing impediments to enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is we'll-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Promote a culture of agility, collaboration and trust within the team and across the organization
- Own and standardize metrics to monitor team performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the Agile Coach in scaling Agile practices across the organization.
- Help teams mature in their Agile journey by introducing advanced practices and techniques as appropriate .
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational standards
Required skills and qualifications
- bachelors degree in Computer Science , Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role.
- Proven experience working with Agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum , Kanban and Scaled Agile.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
- Certified Agile Practitioner (ICP or similar) is a plus.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent is an advantage.
