Spotline - TOSCA Automation Architect - SAP & SFDC Platform (10-12 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Tosca Automation Architect with a deep understanding of SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca, specifically focusing on SAP SD - OTC (Order to Cash) end-to-end processes and SFDC integrations. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead automation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Automation Framework Design and Development :

- Design and architect comprehensive automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for SAP SD-OTC and SFDC applications.

- Develop and maintain reusable test components, modules, and libraries to ensure efficiency and scalability.

- Establish and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and guidelines.

- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new automation approaches and technologies.

- Integrate Tosca with other relevant tools and systems, including CI/CD pipelines.

2. SAP SD-OTC Automation :

- Automate end-to-end SAP SD-OTC processes, including order creation, delivery, billing, and payment.

- Develop and maintain test automation suites for SAP modules, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated test cases.

- Optimize test execution and maintenance for SAP environments.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency during SAP test automation.

3. Salesforce (SFDC) Automation :

- Design and implement automation solutions for SFDC applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.

- Automate SFDC processes such as lead management, opportunity management, case management, and customer service workflows.

- Develop and maintain test automation suites for SFDC integrations with other systems.

- Utilize Tosca's Salesforce Scanner and other relevant features for efficient SFDC automation.

- Stay updated with SFDC platform updates and ensure automation frameworks are compatible.

4. DEX (Distributed Execution) Management :

- Configure and manage Tosca DEX for bulk test execution.

- Prepare and optimize test cases for efficient DEX execution.

- Monitor DEX execution results and troubleshoot issues.

- Analyze DEX performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure seamless integration of DEX with CI/CD pipelines.

5. Incident Resolution and Maintenance :

- Resolve automation-related incidents and defects, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.

- Maintain and update automation scripts and frameworks to reflect changes in application functionality and business requirements.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of automation assets to ensure quality and compliance.

- Provide support and guidance to other team members on Tosca automation.

6. Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on automation progress and issues.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation frameworks, test cases, and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on SAP and SFDC.

- Extensive experience with Tricentis Tosca, including advanced features and functionalities.

- Deep understanding of SAP SD-OTC processes and related modules.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) platform and its various modules.

- Hands-on experience with Tosca DEX for bulk test execution.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript) and test automation frameworks.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. -

- SAP Certifications and Salesforce Certifications are a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
