Job Description

A talent Acquisition Executive/Recruiter is enthusiastic about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers. They take the initiative to find the right people for the company and focus on meeting goals and deadlines. They will have experience in recruitment and HR, with deep knowledge of sourcing profiles, screening, conducting interviews, and completing the hiring process.
What does Talent Acquisition Executive/Recruiter do
They are individuals who will understand the open requirements, identify the type of candidate required, source multiple profiles for the requirements, screen the profiles, do the first round of interview, influence the decision of the candidate to join the company and share the profile to the next level for interview.
Job Brief
We are looking for a resolute recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying current and future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation. They should also monitor new and existing employees and function as their advocate.
A successful recruiter has excellent people skills, is organized and meticulous, remains up to
date with employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship
programs. A good recruiter can assess candidates skills, experience, and relevant knowledge
and compare them to job requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
  1. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  2. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to
    find quality candidates and attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  3. Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
  4. Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process,
    from sorting through applicants, conducting interviews to final-offer negotiation to fill
    open positions.
  5. Interview and assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open
    positions.
  6. Completing paperwork for new hires. (Offer letter, CRV, Resume, Supporting
    documents)
  7. Promoting the companys reputation and attractiveness as a good employment
    opportunity.
  8. Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing
    them within the company.
  9. Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired,
    and fired employees, and other designations.
  10. Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Key requirements
  • Minimum Masters s degree in management with HR as the main subject
  • 2+ years of experience as recruiter, talent acquisition specialist and HR
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of employer branding trends and techniques
  • Knowledge of the complete recruitment process and its methods
  • Knowledge about ATS, Recruitment Marketing tools, and HRIS.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience in the onboarding process.
  • Knowledge of the Human Resources laws and regulations
  • Passion for sports, games, and activities
