Senior Product Designer

• Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements and plan design engagements.
  
• Estimate timelines and deliverables of self, help peers and juniors to accurately define scope of project.
  
• Ideate and implement solutions that overlap customer needs, design and technology.
  
• Help us to determine the product strategy and vision.
  
• Proactively launch efforts to improve different aspects of the product.
  
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until its launch.
  
• Ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product.
  
• Seek feedback from peer designers to continually raise our bar for quality.
  
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  
• Collaborate and conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on designs and do iterations according to feedback.
  
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant .
  
• Create prototypes to solve difficult UX problems.
  
• Create high quality visual designs with an immense amount of accuracy and consistency.
  
• Ability to articulate designs through immersive visual narrative to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  
• High interest in culture building, team collaborations and being a role model in many design initiatives.
  
• Focus on AI methodologies of problem solving in design space to increase efficiency and being future ready.
  
• Research, learn and implement design guidelines, best practices and design standards .
  
• Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions.
