Key skills for the job
Job Description
* Review and update job descriptions for all positions regularly.
* Handle salary and payroll and yearly forms for employees.
* Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates as per the needs of the organization.
* Handle all employee inquires and grievances.
* Follow up on confirmation records of statutory obligations- PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus, etc.
* Communicate and explain the companys policies to the employees.
* Prepare and submit all necessary HR letters, documents, certificates, and attendance in consultation with management
* Actively involve in employee engagement programmes (Birthday, Anniversary, Festival Parties).
Required Skillsets
* Candidates with excellent communication skills
* Should have a positive attitude, be confident, and goal-oriented.
* Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
* Should be target-oriented and capable of handling work pressure.
Qualifications:
* UG: Any Graduate
* PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
* Candidate having recruitment experience is +
