French Language Specialist

Job Title: Helpdesk- French/Spanish language
Location: Mohali

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting common hardware (printers, laptops, desktops) and software issues.
• Basic understanding of network concepts (IP addresses, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk). Multilingual IT Proficiency
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and IT terminology in French, Spanish, or English.
• Experience working with IT documentation or error messages in all three languages.
• Knowledge of keyboard layouts, software localizations, and region-specific settings for French, Spanish, or English systems.
• Fluent in French/ Spanish.
• Communication skills in english is also a basic requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using technical jargon in all three languages.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening and patience, across diverse cultures.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly and adapt explanations based on the user's language and technical expertise.

Key Requirements:

• 0 to 1 years of experience
• Familiarity with BT IPEX, Wholesale voice services, and industry regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve porting-related issues efficiently.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Ofcom regulations and industry best practices.
• ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL-based environment is a plus.
