Performance Test Lead - JMeter/LoadRunner (7-12 yrs)

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Test Lead with strong expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead performance testing initiatives, design robust test scenarios, and ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

Responsibilities :

- Develop performance testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.

- Create, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.

- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.

- Identify performance bottlenecks using tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar.

- Provide detailed performance analysis, test results, and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to address performance issues.

- Mentor and guide junior performance testers, manage test resources, and ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements :

- Performance Testing Tools : Proficient in JMeter and LoadRunner.

- Experience with JavaScript, C (for LoadRunner), Beanshell, or Groovy.

- Knowledge of APM tools (e. g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics).

- Web, HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, and others.

- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve performance issues.

- Ability to present performance test results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with CI/CD integration (e. g., Jenkins, Git, Maven).

- Knowledge of cloud performance testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
