Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product advice and recommendations based on their needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the stores electrical products, including tools, appliances, lighting, and wiring equipment.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain store displays, ensuring that products are presented neatly and attractively.
• Provide after-sales support, including explaining product features, offering guidance, and addressing customer queries or concerns.
• Assist in organizing store promotions, sales events, and seasonal displays.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Freshers are welcomed.
• Basic knowledge of electrical products and their uses (training can be provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of sales transactions and product displays.
