Role Overview:

The Warehouse/Store Executive will manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires close coordination with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems (like SAP, WMS) or inventory management tools.
• Perform routine stock checks and physical audits to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
• Maintain reorder levels and communicate with the procurement team for material planning.

2. Material Handling and Storage:

• Supervise the receipt, unloading, and proper storage of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper labelling and systematic organization of materials for easy retrieval.
• Handle the issuance of materials to production and dispatch teams as per requirements.
• Implement best practices for safe handling and storage to prevent damage or spoilage.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain records for incoming and outgoing goods, including receipts, delivery challans, and stock transfer forms.
• Generate and present inventory reports for management review.
• Maintain non-conformance records (NCR) for any discrepancies in material quality or quantity.
• Preparing Reports using Advance Excel & BI tools.

4. Process and Policy Adherence:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for stock and inventory management.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines in warehouse operations.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to inventory and stock control.

5. Coordination and Communication:

• Work closely with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address material-related issues.
• Liaise with transport and logistics teams for timely dispatch of finished goods.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in warehouse/Store operations.
• Suggest changes to enhance material handling efficiency and reduce waste.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse/Store or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP, WMS) and inventory management tools.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods and techniques.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and handling of materials.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
