Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP data architecture solutions aligned with organizational needs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure SAP data solutions maintain integrity, security, and performance according to industry standards and organizational policies.
• Provide expertise in SAP data modeling, data warehousing, and integration techniques.
• Lead data architecture initiatives including data migration, data cleansing, and data quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks and policies for effective management of data assets.
• Evaluate and recommend SAP technologies and tools to enhance data management capabilities.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of SAP data architecture to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices in SAP data architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an SAP Data Architect or in a similar role within large-scale organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP systems, particularly in data architecture and integration.
• Strong proficiency in SAP data modeling tools such as SAP HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP data migration and transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects independently.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Data Architecture and Modeling with SAP BW/4HANA) preferred.
