Role & responsibilities

• Preparing Job profiles, discussing the same with the functional heads, and make amendments accordingly, if required
• To administer various ways of recruitment i.e. Job Portal, Campus Interviews, Employee Referral program, networking, head hunting & empanelment of quality recruitment consultants etc.
• To acquire Manpower Requisition Forms from the functional heads for all positions
• Initial screening of candidates & thus ensuring the quality of candidates as per the requirement
• Discussing the Salary Components with the candidates and managing negotiations, if any.
• Ensure smooth Orientation & Induction program for the new joinees
• Tie up with best consultants in the industry for placement of right candidates. Negotiating on 'Terms and Conditions' and finalizing the agreement.
• Conducting Reference Check & Exit Interviews
• Maintaining MIS of candidates database, monthly recruitment reports, Exit & Reference check reports.
• To coordinate Employee Recognition/Motivation activities
