10 Lakhs - 25 Lakhs per Annum - Depending on Experience

Experience needed:

8+ Years or above

Qualification:

BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc IT or any equivalent

Roles and Resposibilities

• Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Execution and Monitoring: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• System Design and Implementation: Oversee the design and deployment of server and storage solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure systems are optimized for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshooting: Address technical issues and provide solutions.
• Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and manage team resources effectively.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development.
• Develop tests using Object-oriented Python to ensure the quality and reliability of our automated testing infrastructure
• Identify areas for test coverage improvement and implement solutions to enhance product quality
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Lead a team of engineers to support the validation of Server and Storage devices in a large data center environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to set priorities and handle escalations efficiently.
• Automate tests in Python and validate Servers and Storage devices/components in a large data center environment with thousands of Devices Under Test (DUTs).
