Executive HR

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and offer release.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job specifications.
• New hire onboarding, joining formalities, exit formalities, documentations etc.
• Conducting background verification check with the help of vendor.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives fostering a positive work environment.
• Work with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare and HR analytics reports related to recruitment, attrition, performance, and other key HR metrics.
• Manage payroll inputs for the respective business lines, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, organizational policies, and industry standards.
• Handling HRMS portal for employee cycle management.

Education, Experience:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and compliance.
• 50% recruitment and 50% HR Generalist and Operations work.
