Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (70%)
Identify and recruit top-tier analytics talent from targeted industry segments.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes.
Leverage platforms like Naukri portal, networking, social media, and employee referrals for effective sourcing.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including collaborating with senior leadership, talent selection, salary negotiations, reference checks, and pre-onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for critical roles, ensuring proactive engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Use recruitment tools and CRM systems to track applicants, manage the selection process, and generate MIS reports for leadership.
HR Operations (30%)
Handle and maintain new joiners' data, personal files, and update hiring entries in the HR software.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth travel, accommodation, induction, and buddy assignment for new hires.
Partner with management to create a positive work environment, promoting high employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Address employee relations issues, grievances, and investigations with confidentiality and professionalism.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the company culture.
Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent within the organization.
Manage HRMIS, analyse data, prepare reports, PPTs, and reviews.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MBA in HR / Post Graduate.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Himachal Pradesh, or Punjab.
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant HR experience.
