Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clients in Canada IT staffing, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill them through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
