Hiring Website SEO & Content Strategy | Remote Role | Night Shift

Role & responsibilities:

1. Website SEO & Content Strategy:
• Develop and execute SEO strategies for lead generation and organic traffic growth.
• Implement the Hero-Hub-Hygiene content model aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, gap analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Optimize landing pages and service pages for on-page SEO, UX, and CRO.

Technical SEO & Website Optimization:

• Oversee site architecture, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals.
• Collaborate with developers to implement SEO-friendly website design.

Backlinking & Authority Building:

• Create high-quality backlink strategies through partnerships and digital PR.
• Monitor backlinks and manage toxic link disavowals.

Content & Lead Generation Alignment:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, brand, demand-gen) for content alignment.
• Guide conversion rate optimization (CRO) for better lead capture.
• Integrate SEO data with paid media, email marketing, and social campaigns.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Create dashboards to track MQLs and SQLs from organic search.
• Iterate strategies based on data-driven insights and search trends

Knowledge: (Technical understanding & domain expertise)

• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building strategies.
• Familiarity with technical SEO aspects such as core web vitals, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Knowledge of content marketing frameworks like Hero-Hub-Hygiene.
• Understanding of CRO techniques, user experience (UX), and lead generation principles.
