Specialist Time and Attendance

What you'll do on a daily basis:

• Support HR and Payroll departments and provide support for associates and managers.
• Perform daily input of time data in the appropriate HR and Payroll systems.
• Perform historical edits on timecards and attendance records.
• Work with managers to validate and correct employee timecards.
• Review terminations and calculate final PTO payout.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding PTO Policy.
• Adjust PTO balance.
• Monitor systems and databases to ensure that processes are in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and manage case resolution.

Shift timings: 4:00 PM - 1:00 PM

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Kronos or other timekeeping system.
• Strong background in a time and attendance support role within the HR function.
• Relationship management experience with customer focus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Excellent process and query management skills.

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelors degree
• 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a shared service center or HR role
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other HR system
• Experience supporting a shared service organization
