Key Responsibilities:.
- Sales Expertise: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience in B2G (Lighting Division /Building Segment Vertical only) sales to drive revenue growth and establish strong business relationships.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of Havells' electrical and electronics products to all Stakeholders in Business Value Chain.
- Independent Contributor Role :Should have Proven Track Record of Independently Managing an Assigned Territory & Exhibits leadership abilities by managing and motivating Channel sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Industry Network: Utilize his existing network to foster connections with B2G (Govt.
- Team Player : Should be a Constructive Team Player & Believe in Fostering Cohesive Working.
Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B/B2G (lighting division/Building Material only) sales,.
- Having MBA or equivalent degree if its B.tech or B. Arch with MBA is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in team management.
- Existing network and connections with B2G Customers , Architects Consultants , PMC's , PSU's , CP's Etc.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
