• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a

related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably both in onshore and offshore hiring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients effectively, candidates, and team members.
• Proven experience in handling client calls and managing client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• In-depth knowledge of the IT job market, including the latest technologies, skill sets, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
