Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AGM- Facility to lead our facility management team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations, Collection, maintenance and upkeep of our clients' facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Operations
1. Develop and implement facility management strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Oversee daily facility operations, including collection, maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
Financial Management
1. Responsible for timely generation of invoices, including CAM, Electricity, Parking, and other associated charges.
2. Responsible for monthly reconciliation for DG & EB usage and analyze expenses and Calculate rates to ensure accurate cost recovery.
3. Ensure billing reconciliation accuracy and audit billing records.
4. Oversee timely collections of outstanding payments across all projects.
5. Prepare and submit daily, monthly project-wise collection reports.
6. Responsible for Profit & Loss statements for each project.
7. Proficiently handle various software applications, including facility management systems, accounting software, and other relevant tools to ensure seamless operations and accurate reporting.
Compliance & Risk Management
1. Validate pending dues before authorizing No Dues Certificates.
2. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
3. Mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Team & Vendor Management
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing facility management team.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with CRM teams and clients.
3. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services and materials.
Quality Assurance & Parking Management
1. Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of service delivery.
2. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
3. Monitor cost efficiency and quality of parking administration functions.
4. Analyze system capabilities, optimize performance, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly parking reports.
Revenue Strategies:- Develop and execute strategic and business plans to drive revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives, targeted advertisements and exploration of new revenue streams.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management
3. Skills:
1. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
3. Proficient in facility management software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
4. Strong business acumen, with ability to manage budgets and optimize resources.
