Key skills for the job
Conduct outbound calls to businesses (B2B) to introduce and promote our premium products.
Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Marketing Directors, etc.) within targeted organizations.
Build rapport and establish trust with high-level executives to generate interest in our offerings.
Understand the clients requirements and position our products as the ideal solution.
Provide detailed product information and answer client queries regarding features, benefits, pricing, etc.
Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, or follow-up calls for further discussions.
Maintain a well-organized CRM system with up-to-date information on prospects and clients.
Continuously track and report on performance metrics to ensure high conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, tele calling, or inside sales (preferably in a premium product/service environment).
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Excellent hold on English with clear enunciations and no MTI.
Ability to engage with senior-level executives and decision-makers confidently.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Target-driven and results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
Ability to adapt quickly to new products and market trends.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
