Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Training and Work Audit Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the continuous improvement of organizational processes by designing and delivering effective training programs while auditing work to maintain quality, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Development and Delivery: o Assess training needs through consultations with managers and staff. o Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. o Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules. o Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company standards. 2. Work Audit and Quality Assurance: o Regularly audit team workflows, processes, and outputs to ensure adherence to company policies and standards. o Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or errors in work processes and provide actionable feedback. o Develop and maintain an audit checklist and documentation for transparency and accountability. o Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements. 3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: o Track training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics. o Generate detailed reports on audit findings, training outcomes, and compliance issues. o Present recommendations to management for enhancing team productivity and quality. 4. Compliance and Standardization: o Ensure all training programs and work processes align with organizational policies and legal regulations. o Standardize operating procedures and ensure employees are consistently following them. 5. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training and auditing strategies. o Foster a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills: o Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, Quality Management, or a related field. o Proven experience in training, quality assurance, or work auditing roles. o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Proficiency in training tools, software, and audit management systems. o Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. o Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards is a plus. o Work Environment: o Collaboration with cross-functional teams and departments.
