Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Field Support Warrior, you will be the frontline hero ensuring our digital signage solutions run smoothly at client locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
On-Site Support Regularly visit customer locations to ensure digital screens function properly.
Installation & Repairs Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance as per company guidelines.
Emergency Support Be available for urgent troubleshooting to provide quick and efficient solutions.
Customer Interaction Coordinate with clients to understand issues and deliver effective resolutions.
Technical Coordination Work closely with the team to prioritize and report technical issues.
Important Requirement: A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
