MIS Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• The department is responsible for providing required Management Information System (MIS) data to field staff and branches promptly in response to their requests.
• Responding to requests through calls and ensuring that relevant data is available to support operational activities.
• They also serve as a point of contact for external teams, providing them with necessary data.
• The Business Analytics team analyzes and plans marketing campaigns and incentives based on data insights.
• Collecting data from various sources, including internal databases, external sources, and field reports.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of MIS data to support operational activities.
• Planning marketing campaigns and incentives based on data-driven insights.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns and incentives.
