Total Years of experience- 12 plus years in Microfinance industry, 7-8 years team handling experience.

Role & Responsibility

This role is for an HR Business Partner with strong people skills, executing in an always evolving work environment. You will be aligned with our Human Resources vertical and help us in the function that is crucial for the organization that deals with people and issues such as compensation and benefits, onboarding employees, organization development and culture.

Responsible for elevating the employee experience by driving HR processes for the zone.

• Taking care of the entire employee lifecycle.
• Managing more than 10 members team
• Work with on all performance management and reward processes of Zonal level employees.
• Making Daily attendance report and submitting to corporate office.
• Work closely with Operations Team and Corporate HR Team.
• Bring greater rigor and improve HR service levels across all stages of the employee life cycle for mentioned zone.
• Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the organization.
• Leverage talent & process to create positive business outcomes.
• Help business teams to scale by retention and optimum level of productivity.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit structures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Handling Employee Grievances at Zonal level employees.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Work with business teams on creating and executing action plans post employee surveys.

Skills- Advanced Excel , Good in data anaytics, multitasker.
