Job Description:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, production, quality control, and procurement, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the project is delivered within the allocated budget.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, and produce regular status reports for senior management and clients.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the project management function.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all projects adhere to environmental, health, and safety standards as mandated by regulatory authorities.
