Position Overview:
The Chief Business Officer will be responsible for the overall business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational excellence of the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the telecom infrastructure landscape and a proven track record of driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's business strategy to achieve growth objectives and expand market presence.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that align with company goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the telecom infrastructure space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (engineering, operations, finance, marketing) to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through innovative service offerings and market expansion strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and report on progress to the executive team and board of directors.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering ,Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a senior leadership role within the telecom infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
