Chief Business Officer - Consumer Durables (15-22 yrs)

As Chief Business Officer, you will lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and profitability, oversee key departments such as sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, and customer success, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Leadership:

- Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute long-term and short-term plans for business growth.

- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, market expansion, and diversification of services/products.

Revenue Generation for Consumer & Enterprise Segments:

- Develop and implement strategies for increasing market share, driving sales, and expanding the company's presence in both segments.

- Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities tailored to consumer and enterprise needs, including new products, services, and partnerships.

Operational Oversight:

- Ensure operational processes and business models are efficient and scalable.

- Optimize resources, budgets, and expenditures to maximize profitability.

Market Segmentation & Customer Focus:

- Develop tailored go-to-market strategies, ensuring targeted positioning, value propositions, and messaging for each segment.

Partnerships & Alliances:

- Identify, negotiate, and establish agreements with new business partners and potential clients.

- Lead joint ventures, mergers, and acquisition initiatives in alignment with the company's growth strategy.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

What we would look for:

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) from Tier 1 institute.

- Proven track record of managing a business with revenue between INR 500 crore to INR 5000 crore.

- Strong knowledge of both Consumer and Enterprise markets, with expertise in scaling operations and driving growth.
