- Manage Manpower Budgeting.

- Sales Restructuring, keeping in mind the productivity and business scale-up.

- Enhance the quality of new hires and ensure speedy productivity for the sales force.

- Design the Talent Management framework for the sales force.

- Improving Sales Effectiveness through training & Workshops for the front-line team and first level managers.

- Drive performance management across the functions through business leaders.

- Designing of KRAs for PMS, and Sales Incentive Program for business.

- Manage attrition by collaborating with business leaders to retain key talent and publishing quarterly attrition dashboards for leadership.

- Work closely with the L&D team to create customized training solutions for the employees.
