Business Analyst

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fielde

2 to 4 years of experience in pre-sales of business analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, etc. is a plus

Analyze client requirements and create technical solutions that meet their needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions

Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients

Develop proposals, RFPs, and RFIs for clients

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Create and maintain documentation related to pre-sales activities

Work with the sales team to develop sales strategies and pricing models
