Business Analyst

Business Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data across all business departments to identify trends, patterns and insights
• Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance (MIS and Analytics)
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (operational and financial)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and streamline reporting processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within various departments and business functions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
• Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives, including business case development and performance monitoring
• Assist in evaluating business opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and making data-driven recommendations to drive growth and profitability
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure and improve business performance.

Market Research:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences within the automotive components industry
• Analyse data from various sources including industry reports, market surveys, and databases to gather actionable insights
• Monitor key market indicators, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact the automotive components sector
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to support strategic initiatives and product positioning strategies
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence reports to assess market dynamics, competitor strategies, and market share trends

Qualifications :

• Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related
• field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, market research, consulting or a similar role,
• preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e. g. , Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and
• Advanced Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, etc. )
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex
• information clearly and concisely
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
