Overview:

This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a strong brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns, building lasting relationships with clients, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement a 360-degree marketing strategy, encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
• Create and oversee marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Produce and manage high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media assets.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and ROI targets.

2. Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized client solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

3. Brand Management

• Maintain and enhance the companys brand image and reputation.
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Develop and implement PR strategies to improve media coverage and brand visibility.

4. Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing and business development professionals.
• Promote a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

5. Reporting and Analytics

• Track and report on key performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in a marketing and business development role, preferably in a B2B or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, content management systems, and copywriting tools.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and managing end-to-end campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and design tools such as Canva or Figma.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
