Front Office Executive

Space Creattors Heights is looking for a dedicated Front Office cum Guest Relations Officer who will act as a Community Manager for our newly opened co-working facility on Golf course Road (Mega Mall), Gurugram. The community Manager will handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks at our co-working facility at Mega Mall, Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The candidate ideally should be from hospitality background.

We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to provide high-quality service to our customers. You will address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
• Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them positively.
• Providing information about facilities and other services
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
• General administrative activities related to facility management
• In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers.
• Your goal will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves and plan to come back to our facilities.
• Active participation in Business Development Activities as guided by the management

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
• Experience in hospitality industry preferred
• Must be living in Gurugram
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Computer literacy
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• An outgoing personality
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred
