- Pre bid Post bid Design Engineering

- Procurement Management ( Negotiation with Suppliers, Vendors and Order placing, Materials follow up with suppliers)
- Sub-Contractors Finalisation.
- Site Resources Management Sites Management.
- Reporting of Progress of Project to the Management and Clients on Monthly basis.
- Cash Flow Management (Billing Payment Follow-up to Clients, Site Expenses, Other Expenses Management).
- Risk Forecasting, Analysis and Management.
- Liasioning Coordination with Clients,Consultants,State Electricity Boards, Forest Dept. Telecom Dept. Railway Dept. National Highway Authority, Local Bodies.
- Supervision of Erection works at per QC/QA procedure.
- Implementing Safety work procedure.
- Predispatch Inspection of Equipments, Precommissioning Testing at Site.
- Commissioning Preparation of commissioning and closer report.
