Job Description
Responsibilities : -
1. Determine Tasks and Deadlines and work with team to complete them on schedule
2. SPM and Jigs and Fixtures -LTM for Engine block for 2 & 4wheelres and Bush and Bearing Pressing machines.
3. Expertise in Design & development of Material handling equipment's like motorized Conveyors for Loading and unloading conveyors.
4. Working knowledge on application of Geometric Dimensioning &Tolerance ASME Y14.5-2009.
5. Hand calculation on selection of motors and actuators.
6. Basic Knowledge on Vacuum pump
7. Understand the RFQ from the customer and Devlop concept for the same
8. Should handle 2-3 trainee under them
9. Vendors end support
10. Co Ordinate with Assembly Team for machine Prove Out
Desired profile of the candidate : -
1. Good Communication with Customer and Consultant
2. Incorporation of Customer and Consultant requirements in Design & Implementation
3. Good Written & Spoken English
4. Min 4+ Years of experience in Design Engineer
5. BE in Mechanical
