C&B Analyst

Analyzes and reconciles Compensation & Benefits (C&B) data, and executes regional and/or global C&B policies and processes.

• Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and administration of Sales Compensation Plan at Amdocs.
• Manage all commission compensation according to documented sales plans and ensure compensation is properly accounted for and settled in the appropriate timeframes
• Maintain a deep understanding of compensation plans, source data, and calculation software
• Effective communicator who can take complex logic and scenarios and describe them simply and clearly to various internal parties
• Collaborating with various stakeholders like HRBL, Divisional Finance Leads, HRES, Business Operations etc.
• Strong sense of ownership (own the end-to-end process)
• Being a self-starter who can operate independently.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and maintain efficiency while meeting critical deadlines

• Bachelor s degree holder / Masters Degree holder (Full-time degree)

• Knowledge in Sales Commissions or relevant areas like Finance, HR etc.

• Masters in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields preferred.

• A team player with a positive, can do attitude

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
