Production Support : Involves in monitoring, triaging, root cause analysis and reporting the production incidents. Investigating issues reported by Client. Reportdb servers management. Access Management to new users on Reportdb (snapshot of production data base) Working with stability team to enhance the Watch tower alerts and suggesting the changes if any. Working with cronjobs and scripts used to dump and restore from ProdDb. Non prod deployments in Azure Devops as per requests. Creating Kibana dashboards.
