Data Scientist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced data scientist to join our growing data science team. In this role, you will be focused on using deep learning and GenAI technologies to solve complex business problems and deliver innovative products.

Required Skills:

• Independent, curious, and willing to share your perspective and ideas.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics).
• 2+ years of experience in data science/machine learning.
• Experience building machine learning models end to end from research to production.
• Experience working with deep learning algorithms, and familiar with GenAI models, techniques, and main libraries (e.g., Transformers, Langchain).
• Experience in machine learning agile development from low hanging fruits to MVP and full product.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English verbal and written.

• Develop GenAI-based products optimized for the telco industry, from research to production.
• Research, test and adopt the latest developments in the world of generative ai.
• Guide and support internal customers in adopting our products and customizing them to fit their purposes.
• Construct and promote best practices in developing and adopting GenAI solutions.
• Work collaboratively with other data scientists, developers, architects, product managers and domain experts.

• You will ensure timely resolution or critical issue within the agreed SLA. This includes creating a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships through problem understanding, presenting promptly on progress, and handling customers with a professional demeanour.
• You will be able to demonstrates an understanding of key business drivers and ensures strategic directions are followed and the organization succeeds
