Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to create, manage, and analyze social media campaigns. The candidate must have strong knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness.

- Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

- Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages.

- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing.

- Strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and paid promotions.

- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite.
