Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and effective designs for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements
• Develop and create high-quality graphic designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in preparing artwork for printing and digital distribution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software.
• Contribute to the overall creative direction of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 5,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Graphic Designing within IT industry.
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work we'll in fast paced environments
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for design and a creative mindset.

Education:

• Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
• Figma: 1 year (Preferred)
• Illustration: 1 year (Preferred)
• TOTAL WORK: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English and Hindi (Preferred)

Location:

• Jalgaon, Maharashtra (Preferred)
