Business Analyst (Kolkata Location )

Role & responsibilities

• Create business plans and business documents with in-depth industry research.
• Use this plan to create a pitch deck that will be shared with investors to entice their interest
• Working with Business Units SMEs to build / write process documentation in the form of standard operating procedures for all processes along with touchpoint on a click level detail.
• Conduct thorough research on the digital landscape, emerging technologies, and industry-specific trends relevant to SMEs in Canada.
• Gather necessary information from SME owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges
• Document draft flowcharts to explain the process steps taking place. Where required, add screenshots, graphs, charts, tables and other graphics to make the process steps as easy to understand as possible.
• Work with Subject matter Experts to gather all process level details
• Ensure all process documentation is written to a high standard, written in a clear and concise manner with proper formatting.
• Participating in project management meetings relating to process documentation
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Strong process and standard discipline
• Technical Proficiency with MS Office, Online meetings, Sharepoint

Preferred candidate profile

1. Knowledge or Experience in institutional reporting or writing preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of EU grants and process preferred.
3. Excellent writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using digital tools and software for documentation and presentation purposes.
7. Knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in SME settings.
8. Adherence to strict timelines and ability to deliver high-quality drafts within specified deadlines.

Stipend: Min Rs. 15,000 to Max 25,000 per month (based on Knowledge , skills and interview process).
