Business Analyst / Functional Architect opportunity @ Mumbai/Pune !!

• Candidates will work in Sales/Presales, or Product Development, or Customer Delivery engagements
• In Sales/Presales the role will comprise of preparation and delivery of demos to prospects, work on delivery of Proof of Concepts to prospects, Delivery of proposals against the RFP
• In Product Development the role will comprise of analysis of market needs, analysis of competitive product functionality, conceptual solution of our product build, design of the product build, testing of the product build
• In Customer Delivery Engagements the role will comprise of taking responsibility of the solution to be delivered to the customers using our product offering, from the requirement confirmation stage up to the final customer acceptance stage

GENERIC JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out customer business requirement analysis using Requirement Workshops, Conference Room Pilots
• Conceptualize the solution using our product offering to meet the requirements of the customer
• Discuss, present to customer scenarios to the customer of solutions to meet the requirements of the customer. Get customer to agree on a chosen scenario
• Lead the development team to build the proposed solution using the available product offering
• Lead the engagement team to get the final solution tested and approved

SKILLS EXPECTATIONS

• Knowledge of Insurance domain Basic training will be provided
• Understanding of our products, solutions in the market basic training will be provided
• Analytical skills to carry out sessions with the customer personnel to think through proposed solution
• Ability to conceptualize
• Good written and oral communication
• Ability to interact with the senior management of the customer
• Ability to lead a team of development team
• Overall management skills to ensure the customer relationships remain under control
