Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development. 
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. 
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. 
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, set employee goals, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation structure, benefits plans, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws, including labor regulations, safety standards, and anti-discrimination policies. 
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities. 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key HR metrics, analyze data, and present insights to senior management to inform decision-making. 
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and legal, to address HR related issues and support business objective

Preferred candidate profile

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 14+ Years of Human Resources experience in a Product IT Organization.
  • Effective people manager and ability to drive performance and results.
  • Hold good cultural understanding of a Global IT Organization and can adapt to the pace of execution and can multitask
  • Experience with HRIS, strong preference for Workday
  • Demonstrates a strong knowledge of organizational change, culture transformation process and change management
  • Ability to prioritize high volume of projects
  • Ability to manage and complete tasks from start to finish
