Job Description
What you will do
- Use your deep technical understanding to contribute to the architectural design for the product.
- Contributing to defining the product roadmap and supporting end-to-end delivery of product releases communication with different stakeholders
- Build software products for banking and financing institutions with RD teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility
- Enable, empower, and encourage teams for continuous improvement of technology and processes
- Challenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product
- Supporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions
- Act as a mentor to the team and reinforce organizational values and culture
Total Experience Expected: 11-15 years
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors or higher engineering degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
- Hands-on experience in delivering solutions based
