ServiceNow Developer - Technical Lead/Lead Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Development:
   
• Build solutions using ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript.
• Extend the ServiceNow platform by creating custom applications.
• Manage and develop medium to complex flows and workflows.
2. Platform Knowledge:
   
• Work with ITSM and CMDB extensively.
• Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules is a bonus.
• Utilize scripted web services like AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, and REST for integrations.
• Familiarity with Service Portal design is a plus.
3. System Integration:
   
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP).
• Understand single sign-on (SSO) and SAML setups.
4. Solution Architecture:
   
• Act as a Solution Architect for projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to implement and enhance solutions.
5. Team Support:
   
• Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure team members meet performance expectations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
