Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Analyst with expertise in PV Technologies and safety database implementation and upgrades to join our IT team. This role involves managing the clients System Lifecycle (SLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV) procedures, as well as investigating and resolving issues related to Argus Safety, including escalation to IT Service teams or the database vendor when necessary. Additionally, the Tech Analyst will collaborate with IT on IQ, OQ, and PQ testing and validation during system upgrades and migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Argus Safety Application implementation and upgrades 7.x to 8.x, DLP and Argus Insight databases solution provider (Technical & Consulting)
- Implementation, upgrades of MedDRA and WHO-DD
- E2B Export and Import, E2B extension and customizations
- Experience in configuration of Aggregate Reports, Line Listing, Signal Detection and Data Quality Reports.
- Experience with Argus Interchange, ESM and integration with Axway.
- Experience of hardware and software configurations and interdependencies of Argus Safety/Insight/E2B and other Drug Safety related software systems.
- Experience in migration of data from Legacy systems to Argus products and vice versa.
- Database administration maintenance through RMAN, Realtime backup, Cold and hot backup
- Create and maintain PL/SQL packages, functions, stored procedures, and database schema diagrams.
- Take accountability for authoring and owning key technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in managing projects from a technology perspective, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
Minimum Education Qualification, Specialized Knowledge, and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in PV Technology, Safety system Implementation, upgrades and data Migrations and PV support.
- Experience in Safety Application implementation and upgrades 7.x to 8.x
- Experience in E2B Export and Import, E2B extension and customizations
- Experience of hardware and software configurations and interdependencies of Argus Safety/Insight/E2B and other Drug Safety related software systems.
- Experience in migration of data from Legacy systems to Argus products and vice versa
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
