Job Description
- track channel ratings on a continuous basis to create better understanding of show performance across TG s and markets
- Monitor all competitive activity and report the Market Intelligence for internal decision making, on a weekly/monthly basis
- Track viewership fluctuations to pre-empt gain or loss in channel GRPs, schedule new launches & Events.
- Prioritizing the markets for Distribution of content.
- rack market landscape to be updated on consumer viewing patterns
- Increase in GRP s
- Brand Track Report: Provide the agency with the TG and Target Market to conduct the annual study and share the findings
- Pilot/ Concept Testing: Execute the consumer research and share findings with the programming team for modification of the property/character as appropriate
- Dip Stick Study: Conduct consumer research post show launch and share findings as in inputs with the programming team
- Ad Hoc Report: Work on projects basis the requirement from the programming ,marketing team or any changes in the external environment
- Quality of inputs
- Oversee implementation of research project by agency; Constantly keep track of progress and check if changes are required to the methodology/ planned sample set; Drive research on ground and facilitate interactions with consumers as and when required
- Review rough transcripts/ recordings; provide inputs based on review of data and understanding of consumers
- Sift through all the data shared and identify key insights and create an action plan for the business
- Share draft recommendations with supervisor; Jointly brainstorm and develop a refined list of actions for the business
- Quality of insights generated / action plan
- Actionable insights for content development / story changes/ character changes
- Adherence to allocated budget
- Increase in viewership and reach based on implementation of action plan
- FPC Strategy
